So Sweet and Fun!

This is exactly the kind of book I was looking for for my niece! The ways the little girl 'helps' are so true and sweet, and the illustrations are colorful and engaging. I cannot wait to give it to my niece. She is also a very good helper :-).

A fantastic book!

What an impowering, confidence-builder for a young African-American girl! Will also bring a knowing smile to all mothers and loving guardians!

Being mommy's helper is hard work

Young readers follow little Avery throughout the day as she spends time helping her mom. Well, Avery needs a bit more practice in the helping department. Thank goodness Mom is right by Avery's side to guide her along the way. A Very Good Helper is a cute and humorous story about family life, being responsible, and caring about others. I cannot wait to read more books from the author!
